Preparation
- Mix the flour, and salt, then melt the yeast in a warm cup of water
- Mix the flour with the yeasty water until you get a tender dough
- Occasionally knead the dough and sprinkle with warm water until it becomes spongy
- Rub the dough with oil and let it ferment until it doubles in size
- Form small balls and let them rest for 10 minutes
- Heat up a frying pan and pour the oil
- Wet your hand and puncture a hole inside the dough balls and put in the frying pan
- When one side browned, flip to the other side
- Serve with hot tea!
