Preparation
- In a bowl, add flour and the rest of the ingredient and mix until you get a tender dough (add water when necessary to get the right consistency)
- Form a dough the shape of a French bread, rub it with egg yolk, place it on a tray
- Put it in the oven until golden then take it out, and cover it with a wet towel
- Leave it overnight, then slice it (medium thickness)
- Put the sliced cookies back in the oven until it's cooked from both sides
- Server with hot tea!
