Preparation
- Add semolina and butter into a bowl and mix them together
- Add salt, sugar and yeast
- Add milk and mix for 15 seconds only
- Form a ball with the dough
- Flatten the balls to look similar to the image above
- Sprinkle some semolina on the surface of the dough
- Put the flat dough into a preheated pan
- After 5 minutes flip to let the other side cook
- Place on a plate and enjoy
